From Dr. Oz The Good Life

Meet Lil Hansen, a centenarian living in Ludington, Michigan. At 105 years old, Hansen is still teaching weekly yoga classes at her local senior center - and her students, who are all women in their 70s and 80s, are young enough to be her children. (Are you impressed yet?)

Clearly, Hansen knows a thing or two about aging well, so, in an effort to steal her secrets, we've rounded up some of her healthiest habits. Read on and stay young:

1. She's an independent woman, but she knows her own limits.

Believe it or not, at the impressive age of 105, Hansen still lives alone in the house she grew up in. How does she maintain such great independence? She knows her own body, and she treats it with care: "I don't feel any different," she told her local ABC affiliate, WZZM 13. "I'm just a little more careful than I was years ago."

2. She's involved with her community.

Yes, Hansen teaches her weekly yoga class at the senior center (catch her in action in the video below), but she doesn't stop there: She's also the president of her local bridge club, and apparently she's a total pro at the card game. Talk about keeping your body fit and your mind sharp!

3. She's always looking forward - never back.

When her friends at the senior center treated her to a surprise 105th birthday party back in November, local news reporters lauded Hansen for being so physically active at her age. But for her, age is truly nothing but a number: "I don't think about it," Hansen said. "I just keep going."
