But there are some dishes that pack an extra nutritional punch without quite so much sugar. In particular Dr. Young recommends the Firecracker Chicken Breast, which comes with red and yellow peppers — both good sources of vitamin C and fiber, which will also help keep you satisfied (no obnoxious starving feeling an hour after you eat).
The Eggplant Tofu is another great option, she says. "Tofu is a good plant-based protein," she explains, "and the eggplant and peppers contain antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, and minerals."
