Skripals attacked with nerve agent ‘in liquid form,’ govt agency claims

The chemical weapon allegedly used to poison former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia was delivered "in a liquid form," according to the UK Department for Environment.

Sergei and Yulia Skripal were discovered slumped on a bench in Salisbury on March 4, after they were allegedly poisoned with the A-234 nerve agent, also known as Novichok. The father and daughter were left in a critical condition in the weeks that followed.
