Kraft Heinz proposes merger deal which Unilever rejects

U.S. food company Kraft Heinz has proposed a merger with Unilever, but the Anglo-Dutch company has declined, Kraft said on Friday.

Kraft Heinz said it looks forward to working to reach a deal.
