F1's first female team boss Kaltenborn leaves Sauber

Kaltenborn has worked for Sauber since the late 1990s

Sauber have parted company with team principal Monisha Kaltenborn, according to sources close to the Swiss Formula One team.

Kaltenborn has been team boss of Sauber since 2012, when she was given the role by founder Peter Sauber.

The 46-year-old, Formula 1's first and only female team boss, was in disagreement with owners Longbow Finance over the running of Sauber.

Sauber could not immediately be reached for comment on the move.
