Alexis Sanchez will leave Arsenal following a training-ground row with teammates and manager Arsene Wenger, according to reports.
Sanchez was surprisingly dropped for Arsenal’s 3-1 defeat away at Liverpool on Saturday evening. And The Times reports that a deterioration of the relationship between Wenger and the Chilean striker that has made Paris Saint-Germain the leading candidate for his signature.
Sanchez’s contract is up in the summer of 2018 and reportedly has no desire to sign a new deal.
But his departure from Emirates Stadium may be hastened after a series of fractious incidents in recent weeks, with claims that Sanchez walked out of Arsenal training last week following an argument with an unnamed teammate.
