THEY may already be synonymous with the Met Gala thanks to their memorable red-carpet appearances, but Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady are upping their involvement in the glittering annual event by becoming co-chairs this year, according to reports.
The model and her New England Patriots quarter-back husband will join the already star-studded line-up, which this year includes Pharrell Williams and Katy Perry who - it was announced last October - will co-host this year's bash alongside Anna Wintour.The Met Gala 2017 Theme Is Revealed

As well as helping to make the all-important logistical decisions, the couple will also have to up their already-perfected couple-outfit game now that they will play an official part in the proceedings. This year, the gala will honour the work of Rei Kawakubo and her dynamic career at Comme des Garcons, meaning that the costumes we will see this year are likely to be more avant-garde than we have seen in recent years when themes have included Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology (2016); China Through The Looking Glass (2015); and Charles James: Beyond Fashion (2014) - all of which take their lead from the accompanying Met Gala exhibition.
They do however have plenty of time to perfect their choices, with two-and-a-half months before the gala takes place on May 1. In the meantime, look back at their appearances to date.
