In a poll conducted of 2000 people, researchers from Healthspan found that all these symptoms could be put down to a lack of vitamins and minerals. Hairloss, a lower libido, white spots on your nails, dandruff, stress and dry skin could also be attributed.

The researchers also concluded that as many as six in ten adults are clueless about spotting the signs of a vitamin and mineral deficiency.

The good news is, lack of vitamins and minerals can be boosted by changing your diet and taking supplements. Eating plenty of greens, red meats, nuts and healthy fats such as avocados can help to lower risk of bad breath and other affiliated symptons.
