A whopping 415% increase in people searching "strength training" means that gym goers are finally working out to increase their overall strength, not just size.
3. Air Purifying
People are especially interested in "air purifying plants", and tips on how to clear the air have increased by 270%.
4. Post-workout routines
Looking after your body after a workout is important, and searches for "post workout stretches" are up by 105%. So if you're usually one to curl up in front of Netflix and feel ache-y the next day, maybe look into this one...
5. Hair health
2018 will be the year of ultra luscious hair - with searches for tips up 219%.
6. Skin boosting vitamin
Vitamin C is the hot new trend in skincare, and literally *everyone* agrees - the searches have gone up by 3379%. WOAH.
7. Tai Chi
If you're the sort of person who never shakes up their workout, then perhaps 2018 will be the year to try. Pin searches are up by 189%, and it's described as meditation in motion - creating whole body harmony and building strength and flexibility.
